How to Request a Refund
Email contact@vewonex.com with your order/subscription ID, reason for refund request, and supporting details. We process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
Development Services — Refund Policy
We work on a milestone-based payment model for all development projects.
Project Cancellation Before Start:If a project is cancelled before any development begins, 100% of the advance payment is refunded within 7 business days.
Milestone Payments:Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, as the work has been delivered and accepted. The client has the opportunity to review and request revisions at each milestone before approval.
Mid-Project Cancellation:If a project is cancelled after development begins, you are charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated at our hourly rates. Any advance in excess of this amount is refunded.
Revision Policy:All milestones include up to 3 rounds of revisions. If you are dissatisfied with any milestone before approving it, we revise it at no additional cost within the agreed revision scope.
Scope Disputes:If delivered work doesn't match the agreed specifications (as documented in the project brief), we fix it at no cost or provide a partial refund proportional to the incomplete work.
SaaS Products — Subscription Refund Policy
Our SaaS subscription refund policy is designed to be fair for all parties.
Monthly Subscriptions:Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-month are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No charges apply from the next cycle.
Annual Subscriptions:Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining unused months minus a 10% processing fee.
Free Trial Period:All products include a free 14-day trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, no charges apply. Ensure you cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.
Plan Downgrade:Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
Product Dissatisfaction:If you believe the product significantly doesn't match what was described, contact contact@vewonex.com within 7 days of subscription start for a case-by-case review.
Hire Developer — Refund Policy
Our developer hiring engagement refund policy.
Pre-Onboarding Cancellation:If you cancel before the developer is onboarded (within 24 hours of signing the agreement), 100% of any advance is refunded.
2-Week Satisfaction Guarantee:If you are not satisfied with the developer within the first 2 weeks, we replace the developer at no cost or issue a full refund for the unused portion.
Mid-Engagement Cancellation:For monthly engagements cancelled mid-month, you pay only for the days the developer worked. The balance is refunded within 5 business days.
Notice Period:We request 7 days notice for disengagement to ensure proper knowledge transfer and project handover. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the notice period amount.
Digital Marketing — Refund Policy
Refund terms for our digital marketing and SEO services.
Setup Fees:One-time setup fees (account setup, campaign creation, keyword research) are non-refundable once work has begun, as these represent completed deliverables.
Monthly Retainer:Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current month once campaign work has begun. You may cancel with 30 days notice to avoid next month's charge.
Ad Spend:Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads budget) spent on your behalf is non-refundable. We only spend what is approved by you. Unspent approved ad budget is returned in full.
Performance Guarantees:We don't guarantee specific search rankings as these are determined by search engines. However, if we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables (content pieces, reports, etc.), a proportional refund applies.
